Swarm Capture in Los Altos

It’s swarm time in Los Altos! This is the second call this week about a swarm in Los Altos which made us think there is a super bloom happening. A swarm trap was set up and sure enough the bees started exploring right away. After 2 days and lots of visits by scouts we had our bees. A good size (likely 3 lb) cluster was transferred to their new home.
