Swarm Moving Into a Bait Hive

In the Spring and early Summer we set out some swarm traps containing old brood comb and a special mix of pheromones. A swarm was spotted moving in today. They quickly set up shop and drew out 6 frames of wax for the queen to start laying. The flow is definitely on and the colony is sure to grow in size given their enthusiasm.
